Cooper's opened in 2014, but people have been eating on this corner since the 1940s. We took that on as a responsibility rather than a marketing line.
What you get is American cooking done properly at a price that still makes sense — steaks off an open flame, ribs that fall off the bone, pasta and seafood, and a saganaki we still flame at your table. Whether you're in from golfing at Cantigny, coming off a show at the DuPage Fairgrounds, or just driving home down Roosevelt, there's a table here.
